In my spare time at university I experimented with many aspects of typography. This was a self initiated project to produce an ‘ultra minimal’ typeface. I wanted a font that was so basic in form that only a few curves and lines could convey each character with ease.
After producing this typeface I was contacted by a London based magazine Popshot. The magazine was new on the scene and wanted a slick new logo for their cover. They requested to use my typeface to write out the title of their poetry and illustration based magazine.
I was extremely pleased to have my font used on a publication of this caliber.
