



The design, development and build of an online portfolio for Print Designer Joel Cage. This website needed to be designed with Joels’ already established brand in mind. His website also needed to be clean and clear, so the print work stood out easily. This proved a challenge as some elements from the brand didn’t translate well onto the screen. But by consulting Joel and making compromises we came to a common ground on the design and functionality.
Main features of the website included the ‘polaroid’ style blocks on the front page that rise from the page when the mouse is rolled over them. Another interesting element is the keyline at the top where objects on the page disappear into when scrolling down a page.
The website has a minimalist style yet has points of interest that enhance the user experience. To view the website follow the link below:
